In this guide:

- Using a sharp knife
- Remove the non stalk (bottom of the mango)
- Place on the flat side for stability
- Then remove both cheeks being careful to avoid the large stone
- Repeat on two remaining side following the curve of the stone
- Discard the stone
- Gently score the flesh being careful not to pierce the skin of the cheeks
- Holding the mango from the skin side push up the flesh
- Using a paring knife cut the mango chunks off the skin
- Speed peeler
