THE BENRINER STORY

Benriner are the original mandolin slicer manufacturers and first came to market in 1945, designed by Uyuki Yamamoto in Japan. They are still manufactured today in Japan and utilise the highest quality stainless steel for the blades ensuring they have the sharpest and longest lasting ones on the market. All of the products are fully dishwasher safe and most come with interchangeable blades to accommodate most licing tasks from perfectly even slices, in adjustable thicknesses to different sizes of julienne. In our view they are simply the best available on the market today.
