Where is my order?
The lead times for each item are shown on your order confirmation and on our website.
Please note: If your order contains multiple items, delivery will be based on the item with the longest lead time and Next Day delivery won’t be available on the overall order.
Age verification did not work, what do I do now?
If your age verification did not work, please send an image of your passport or photo ID showing only your name, date of birth and photo. You can email this to [email protected] or send it via WhatsApp to 07939656724. Any other personal information can be covered. Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our sales team at [email protected] / 01524 770 060 as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed for dispatch, we won’t be able to cancel it. Reaching out early gives us the best chance to help with your request.
Can I change my order?
If you’d like to amend your order, please contact our sales team at [email protected] / 01524 770 060 promptly. Once an order is processed for dispatch, changes can no longer be made, so please reach out as soon as you realise a change is needed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking notifications will be sent to the contact details you provided. Please make sure your contact information is up to date.
Item arrived damaged, What do I do?
If your item arrived damaged, please email our sales team at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the issue. This will help us resolve the matter quickly.
What if I missed the delivery?
If you missed your delivery, DPD will typically leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule. You may also receive a call/email from our sales team to schedule a redelivery.
How can I return an item?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to UK mainland addresses. Please check our delivery information page for more details.
Can I pre-order items or be put on a waiting list?
We do not offer pre-orders or waiting lists. However, our website is regularly updated, so we recommend checking back every couple of weeks for the latest stock availability.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
