Our blades are finished with a traditional hammered effect which not only adds to the natural beauty of the product but prevents food from sticking to the blade. Ashwood is an extremely durable and tough wood, with enough elasticity to make it the perfect material for knife and tool handles. The handle has a gentle curve designed to fit the hand better and is highly resistant over time. Its durability is further guaranteed by its 3 stainless steel rivets which ensure the overall balance, making this knife super easy to use. To care for your knife do not put in dishwasher as the harsh chemicals and hot temperature will ruin the quality of the blade and deteriorate the handle. After each use, wash your knife by hand under running water with a soft sponge and mild detergent, if needed. After washing, fully dry with a clean cloth and do not store until fully dry.
