WÜSTHOF has been producing high-quality chef knives and accessories, such as chopping boards, since 1814 and remains owned by the WÜSTHOF family to this day. The business has changed dramatically in this time, now producing its knives in 3 high-output ultra-modern factories but still remaining true to its values of the highest possible quality products at an affordable price.

More than 40 processes are involved in producing WÜSTHOF knives, and the very latest quality control procedures and strict quality checks throughout the entire production process guarantee a consistently high level of quality.
