The set includes a G-3 carving knife, GF-24 slicing knife, and G-57 slicer. Cromova18 Stainless Steel blades are rust and stain resistant, maintain sharpness for longer periods of time, and have a Rockwell C56-58 hardness rating.

Acute 15 degree cutting edge is perfect for precise cuts in any food, while handwash only construction makes the knives easy to maintain and care for.
