The insert is made from dark acacia wood. As such you can even place this insert on your countertops.

This in-drawer offers room for ten kitchen knives. It is 43 cm long and 13.5 cm wide. The in-drawer has enough room for five knives with a blade length ranging from 13 to 23 cm. And five knives with a maximum blade length of 13 cm. The handle itself can be up to 13 cm long.
