The MinoSharp 550W/BR Medium Wheel allows you to replace the wheel for your SH-550 water sharpener without the need for a whole new unit.

The wheel is manufactured in Japan, just like all MinoSharp products and is made from high quality ceramic, ensuring the best level of sharpness for your knives.

The SH-550 sharpener comes with 3 separate wheels with different levels of roughness. The MinoSharp 550W/BR is designed to replace the centre wheel of the unit.

It’s recommended that you wash your water sharpener often and always provide enough water to ensure the wheels are clean and don’t overheat.
