This replacement wheel for the SH-500 water sharpener is made from high quality ceramic and manufactured in Japan, along with all other MinoSharp products.
The yellow wheel is one of the three found on the SH-550 sharpener and is a ‘fine’ wheel, making it ideal for sharpening when your knife is only slightly dull.
You can also purchase the blue and brown wheels for the SH-550 separately or purchase all three as a set. To ensure your wheel stays functional for as long as possible, be sure to wash your sharpener regularly and use enough water when using it.
