Profboard Private Serie 670 comes with 3 HACCP coloured sheets, red, green and black. Working with Profboard you get a complete HACCP concept but with just one board so you save space in the kitchen. For the home user, adopting best hygiene practices at home has never been easier, using the coloured boards for different foods to avoid cross contamination. It is stain and warp resistant and does not bend, chip or crack. It is hygienic, commercial dishwasher safe and all material used in Profboard are food safe.

Cutting on sheets will not dull your knives and due to the non slip feet, you no longer need a wet cloth under your cutting board. You can use the base for carving hot dishes such as a roast, and the meat juice will go into the practical juice groove. Please note when you use the baseboard you will incur scratches on the board.

We recommend regular replacement of sheets to ensure good food hygienie. Avoid placing hot pots and pans on the sheets, as this will damage them.

If a dishwasher is used, please ensure that the sheets are placed in a level position - the sheets must never be subjected to strain during washing. Both baseboard and sheets will expand when heated, but they will retract to their original size on cooling.
