Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but we know that occasionally you may want to return a product. All you have to do is complete the below form and we will be in touch with details on where to send the unit back to. All we ask is that the item is as new, unused and in its original packaging and that you bought it from us in the last 30 days. Once received back the item will be checked over and a refund/exchange organised as quickly as possible for you.

Please do not send any items back until we have replied to your submitted form with next steps, sending goods back without an official returns number will mean we are unable to process your return.

Please note that in order to process the refund the items will need to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Anything outside of this would not be eligible for a refund.
