This award-winning kitchen knife is comprised of a German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang that is extra tough. The serrated edge is hand-applied at a 15 degree angle. Hand-crafted from tactile DuPont™, the handle is ergonomically shaped to reduce fatigue and provide comfort.
