Hand finished and polished in Thiers, France, the Sabatier Edonist Cook's Knife has a Rockwell hardness of 58° (this is the same as a Global knife). Designed with an ergonomic handle that fits comfortably into your hand and is not slippery to hold. Not suitable for dishwashing - hand wash in warm water with mild detergent, rinse, dry immediately and store safely.
