The Lion Sabatier® Edonist Utility Knife 13cm is a fully forged knife made from high quality N4116 Nitro+ steel. The lifetime warranty and the contemporary modern styling makes this a must-have for any kitchen drawer. The hand finished, polished blade has excellent sharpness and edge retention. It also has a Rockwell hardness of 58° (this is the same as a Global knife). This utility knife is not suitable for dishwashing - hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse, dry immediately and store safely.
