This elegant black handle has three attractive brass rivets. Since 1812, Rousselon Dumas-Sabatier have manufactured Sabatier knives in Thiers, France, one of the most prominent and well-known knife manufacturers in France. The Sabatier knives made by Rousselon Dumas-Sabatier are well-suited for use at home, are easy to handle and sharpen, making them ideal for any job.
Their comfortable contoured handles are both comfortable to hold and easy to sharpen. With a strong, sharp cutting edge and triple riveted handle, these will stand up to whatever you dish out. Manufactured from Nitrogen-strengthened 4116N stainless steel and an official Rockwell hardness (HRC) of 57/59, they can take on anything.
