Rousselon Dumas-Sabatier, one of the most renowned and well-known knife manufacturers in France, has been manufacturing Sabatier knives since 1812. These high-quality knives are both simple to operate and sharpening, making them ideal for home use.
These comfortable handle styles fit precisely with your hands. The handle is contoured to fit with your hand properly. Made from 5Cr15MoV steel with an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55/58, the blade has a strong, sharp cutting edge and a beautiful black finish that contrasts superbly with the steel.
