Perfect for casseroles, stews and roasts. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this Dutch oven is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C.

The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.

The stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior.

The two riveted handles transfer very little heat and the stylish steel lid with its glass centre is also oven proof to 260°C.

Designed and manufactured in Denmark this 26cm casserole has a capcity of 6.5L, a height of approximately 13.2cm (without lid) and a base diameter of 22.4cm.
