Description
You place the sharpening stone in the holder when you start sharpening. The sharpening stone cannot slide in the holder. In doing so, the grinding residue is collected and the area where you are sharpening remains cleaner.
The holder can be used with all Wusthof sharpening stones, but also for all other rectangular sharpening stones with a maximum size of 24 x 9.5.
