This Wusthof Pull Through sharpener has 2 stage system to re-sharpen and hone your knives. It has a diamond grit to re-edge dull knives and a ceramic one to polish to a razor sharp edge. It is really easy to use, just gently pull the knife through the sections until you get the edge that you require.
