The blade is riveted to an ergonomic synthetic handle that is comfortable to hold and easy to clean. The blade has no bolster for added safety and comfort.
To keep this knife in the best shape possible, wash carefully with warm water and a light detergent. Although they're dishwasher safe, it's always recommended to handwash where possible to maintain the quality of the knives for longer.
